At this point in our lives, we have all suffered from grief. Whether its the loss of a loved one, loss of self, loss of a life we knew, or even the collective grief we feel in the world right now.

So where does the love go that is left behind? How do we make sense of this loss? Writing can be a catahrtic part of the healing process for your grief. This is very much the case when writing about grief for ourselves and our own journey towards acceptance, but also when writing to share our pain with others. Writing out our emotions creates a deeply honest exploration of memory, emotion and

Studies also indicate that writing is a way by which helps us cope with loss and change, to help us take those first steps towards healing the pain that comes with our grieving. In this Workshop we will explore grief and love, hope and light, within writing prompts, letters, and a guided meditation.
